About
I offer a non-judgmental approach to what brings you to seek out therapy. I have an approach to therapy that is grounded in a foundation that all behavior has meaning. Therapy is a collaborative process undertaken between you and a therapist, designed to empower you to accomplish mental health and wellness goals. I provide services to individuals. For counseling to be most effective, it is important that you take an active role in the process.
I have a background working with trauma throughout the lifespan, women's issues, life transitions and stress related concerns.
