I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, which means I love working with systems and understanding how situations connect within a larger context. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. My approach is collaborative and respectful. I meet you where you are and honor the unique story you bring into the room. I do not have one singular approach, as I believe humans are complex and sometimes need complex treatment. However, I tend to focus on narrative and other humanistic approaches.
