Taking the step to start therapy means you’re choosing yourself—and that’s something worth recognizing. Vulnerability isn’t easy, but it’s often where healing begins. I’m here to walk beside you as you explore what that looks like for you. I have a special interest in working with couples and individuals navigating interpersonal relationship challenges, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem concerns, and mood disorders. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to yourself and those around you.
In my practice, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. My approach is trauma-informed and integrates Existential, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Psychoanalytic theories to help clients gain deeper self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.
My services are offered exclusively through telehealth, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own space. Evening sessions are available to fit your schedule and make therapy more accessible.
Healing begins with a conversation—and I look forward to listening to your journey.
