Therapy can help anyone. We all have seasons where we feel stuck, and a safe professional can offer you paths of growth and healing that may not seem obvious given the circumstances. I believe everyone has the capacity to make changes in their life for the better. I address these barriers through an EMDR relational-developmental model by helping clients gain insight of how their formative years impact the present. Through a trauma-informed lens, I work with clients to heal from the ongoing issues painful past experiences can cause. I agree with the saying, "If there is a reason, there is a resolution".
