I approach therapy believing that each client is the expert in their own lives, and meet clients with compassion, care, and curiosity, while being lovingly direct when needed. Practicing through a humanistic and trauma-informed lens, I empower clients to lead, and foster a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth. I specialize in working with those in entertainment and creative fields, the LGBTQIA+ community, and have experience working with mood disorders, childhood trauma, grief, and life transitions.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 10+ years working in entertainment, and am familiar with the unique challenges faced in creative fields, such as burnout, instability, and balancing passion and well-being.
I also have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ & HIV/AIDS+ communities navigating healthcare systems, stigma, grief, and resilience.
I am currently accepting new clients via telehealth or hybrid in office and telehealth sessions.
