I empower my clients to lead, and foster a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth. As someone with over a decade's experience working in the music industry, one of my main goals is helping artists and industry professionals navigate challenges like burnout, instability, and the tension between passion and wellbeing. As an openly queer person, I help LGBTQ+ clients overcome both external and internal challenges by practicing self-acceptance and supporting all intersections of their identities to live as their most authentic selves. I also have experience working with neurodivergent populations.
My goal with neurodivergent clients is to help identify systems
and workflows that work for them, rather than against them, and work together to tackle issues they are facing in their lives - all in a safe and supportive environment designed for healing and personal growth.
I am currently accepting new clients in person and telehealth.
