Every significant life experience tells a story of loss and resilience. I specialize in issues of grief and loss associated with the loss of a loved one, sudden and traumatic loss, and losses related to unmet expectations in relationships. Through years of clinical and academic research, I have found strategies to help clients grieve and accept those losses in order to make clear choices and move forward.

I work with children, adults and families and specialize in treating complicated grief, trauma and relationship issues. I also have a great deal of experience with post adoptive families and families whose loved ones have been diagnosed with chronic pain and/or severe mental illness.
Relying on years of clinical experience, excellent consultation and the latest research, I use psychodynamic, family systems and narrative techniques to ensure that each session offers you a chance for a fresh perspective and deeper understanding. Together, we can make therapy your vehicle for healing and restoration.
