I draw from trauma-informed and attachment-based practices, blending narrative therapy to help you gently rewrite stories shaped by stress, overwhelm, or past experiences.

I use mindfulness techniques tools to help you regulate your emotions and reconnect with your body’s wisdom. When appropriate, I incorporate CBT and ACT to provide practical skills, clarity, and direction in your daily life. For children, I utilize child-centered play therapy.

Together we’ll sort through the emotional load you’ve been carrying and create space to reconnect with your true self. With tools grounded in mind-body awareness, we’ll build resilience, strengthen new skills, and help you move forward feeling more grounded and supported.
