Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has 11+ years in providing therapy. I graduated with my Masters at The University of Georgia. I believe individuals are inherently resilient. I enjoy working with a diversity of adults specializing in treating clients with depression, anxiety, and trauma while providing a warm, compassionate space. I utilize evidenced-based practices including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and client-centered interventions.
