Hi, I’m Autumn! I’m a child and adolescent therapist trained in Theraplay, with additional training in EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches. I believe children communicate through more than just words, which is why I love incorporating creative activities like sand tray, art, and hands-on play into therapy. I enjoy partnering with caregivers to better understand each child’s unique needs and provide support both in and outside of the therapy room. Together, we can help children feel understood, build confidence, and develop skills to navigate life’s challenges.
I help children and teens navigate the challenges of growing up by creating a safe, supportive space where they can feel heard and understood. Together we work on building confidence, managing emotions, strengthening relationships, and discovering their unique strengths. My specialty is to help them rediscover their awesomeness.
