I take an integrative, collaborative approach to counseling. My grounding is in Relational Cultural Therapy, which holds that disconnection and isolation are inherently harmful, and that growth occurs through and toward relationships. Specific techniques we use will be tailored to your needs and may include EMDR, Parts Work, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
I work with adults of all genders for individual or relationship counseling. Therapy with me is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and weight-neutral.
