I believe therapy works best when we work together as a team toward meaningful growth and healing. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, with a special focus on children experiencing anxiety or behavioral concerns and adults navigating grief and life transitions. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. With children, I value strong collaboration and communication with parents/guardians to best support their child’s progress and well-being.

I work mainly with those struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral outbursts, life transitions, ADHD, and ASD.

I aim to build rapport with each client over time and invite them into a space where I offer unconditional support and a space to explore their emotions.
