The approach I take to therapy is person-centered, meaning that I allow my clients to guide the session. I use movement as well as talk therapy counseling in sessions. Mind-body-emotional connection is important to my work, as it takes into account the whole person, not just symptoms or presenting problems.
My core values as a therapist are faith, hope, love, compassion, understanding, growth, and support. Your child may not know how to communicate what they need and want. I’m here to assist you to bridge the gaps to create a confident family that can move forward into the future you want for you and your child. Together, we can make it happen!

Groups
Kindergarten Social Skills
A social skills group for Kindergarten aged children with a focus on easing them back into social interaction in a developmentally-focused, small group setting, post-pandemic. The group session will be semi-structured. We will start each session with a welcome/get to know you/warm-up activity, move into a socially based main activity, and then end with a goodbye/cool-down. Open-ended activities, props or cooperative games which encourage the little ones to use their verbal and non-verbal communication skills to collaborate and attend to their peers will be presented.
