I love people on the Autism Spectrum and value them for who they are. My goal is to help them becomes as independent, happy, and healthy as possible. I see Autism and its strengths as something to be cherished, not something to be "fixed." I also love supporting the people who guide persons with Autism and want them to feel as though they are supported as well.
I have over 25 years of experience working in the Autism/Developmental Disability field, where I have supported persons on the Spectrum from toddler-age to retirement, from Moderate ID to Genius-level IQ, and in settings from Developmental Centers to Supported Employment. I have also trained and educated professionals from across the globe.
