I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma and life transitions. I take a future-oriented, goal-directed approach to solving human problems of living. I've facilitated deep and effective recovery through EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Dielectical Behavior Therapy.
As the mother of 2 grown children and as a former IT professional, I am intimately aware of the struggles of living in Silicon Valley while balancing career and family. As an immigrant, I am mindful of the difficulties of acculturation and intergenerational conflict. Life experience, empathy, insight, and guidance are the gifts of therapy that I offer you.
