Why therapy for a child? We know that the world can be a challenging and overwhelming place, and it is no different for a child. I can support you and your child to navigate feelings of sadness, anger, fear, and frustration. You may or may not know why your child is having a hard time and certain feelings may be masquerading as challenging behaviors. I can help uncover what may be causing discomfort, fear, anxiety or sadness.
I specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults and parents supporting neurodivergent children. I can be your guide in discovering what aspects of life are challenging and why, in order to develop sustainable shifts for long term solutions.
Having over a decade of experience as an educator and therapist respectively, I have boundless respect for children and parents and for both their capacities for growth and insight.
