Hey there :) Really glad you've stopped by here! I'm Rebecca, founder and psychotherapist of RKG Psychotherapy. Times are super strange right now, and this isn't something you should have to handle without some support along the way. For a lot of us, this constant atmosphere of stress and uncertainty can feel unbearable at times. There has been an unprecedented shift recently in a nationwide embrace for mental wellness and caring for our mental health needs, and you can be a part of it. This a great time to start working with a counselor to address better and different ways to manage stress, conflict, and overwhelming emotions.
My practice specializes in the treatment of anxiety, family conflict, and couples counseling. Humans aren't designed to be "stuck" inside with their emotions and stressors for extended periods of time as we are now; there has been a massive surge in the need for some extra help in navigating the uncertain waters of our near future while maintaining calm!
My mission in establishing RKG Psychotherapy is to provide reliable access to quality counseling. We offer telehealth sessions on a secure, easy to use platform that is a great option during the current Safer-At-Home orders. Upon resumption of normal operation, we have beautiful offices with comfy couches (and plenty of snacks) awaiting your visit!
