Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns around food, or disconnected from yourself? I work with teens and adults navigating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, substance use, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in both mind and body. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, I help clients build awareness, develop supportive coping skills, and reconnect with their authentic selves in a nonjudgmental space.
