Hello there! My name is Rosy Gumbs and I am passionate about women’s mental health. I have a background in school counseling and have worked in private practice for 2 years. I have now transitioned to help women who feel overwhelmed and confused as they go through challenging life transitions from starting a career, childbirth, fertility challenges, and grief and loss. I am most passionate about working with women who feel like they are “not good enough” and dealing with burnout professionally and personally.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. Clients will do the work to find themselves but I will provide the tools necessary to do so. I believe in helping clients find the best version of themselves and release unwanted thought patterns. We will discuss specific needs and goals you have from therapy.
