I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist and believe it is my calling to work with people to gain personal clarity, improve awareness, and remove barriers that block inner wisdom and self love. I address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, spirituality, and relationship conflict. I also work with clients to explore illness and disease in the body using the mind/body connection.
My intention is to assist people with releasing issues and events from the past to move forward on their journey towards authenticity. I use a holistic approach to offer support and encourage healing.
