I can provide counseling in person if you're in the Eugene area, or by encrypted and confidential video for all of Oregon and all of Texas. It's important to feel like you fit with the person you choose for therapy, and I provide a complimentary consult so we can see how it is for us to spend time together.

I began in this field in 1987, assisting people with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, addictions, codependency, relationships, communication, self esteem, organization, problem solving, career/work issues, life transitions, as well as many others.
