I want to help you develop a positive relationship with yourself which will in turn lead to healthier relationships with others.
I use a holistic and integrative approach to help you become more mindful to both internal & external experiences, enhancing your capacity to experience powerful emotions with increased tolerance and resilience. I also use a wellness model approach to my therapy instead of a medical model of healing.
