I have extensive experience helping clients with anxiety, relationship issues, complex-trauma, and the exploration of multicultural backgrounds. My care work is influenced by my own experiences as a mixed-race woman, and navigating the confusion of identifying my own voice. I assist clients by helping them untangle the once helpful, but now challenging patterns in which they learned to survive, and move towards living in accordance to their needs and values. I enjoy working with those who are curious to explore their identity, together deconstructing painful messages from society to uncover one’s personal truth.
I work with folks of all ages using a gentle, collaborative, and integrative approach. We focus on learning to decipher and acclimate to the messages your body sends you to lessen burdensome symptoms. I also use the relationship we build as a tool for uncovering painful wounds, practicing safe communication, and gaining deeper self-understanding.
My goal is to create a comforting space where a light is shone upon your strengths, and where you can see proof of your inherent goodness. To help you feel protected enough to let obscured parts of yourself be discovered, and where you can give yourself permission to fully unravel, and feel more free. I'd be honored to join you on this exciting journey.
