Hello! As a therapist, I strive to cultivate a safe space that fosters inclusivity, authentic self expression, and courageous conversations without judgement. Employing a person-centered approach, I believe strong therapeutic alliance is informed by respecting self-determination and honoring the unique lived experience of each person. While I primarily work with clients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, I also have strong efficacy working with BDD, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Other experience areas include depression, self-esteem, grief, and life adjustment.
I completed the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute through the International OCD Foundation and utilize ERP and I-CBT to treat Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I also have training in the following evidenced-based modalities: ACT, CBT, CPT, EMDR, EFIT, Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), Gottman Method, and more.
