While we strive to live deliberately, we also face navigating day to day commitments, expectations, and past experiences which may make the life we seek elusive. Our session work will provide a safe space and a fierce advocate to remind you of your strengths, help you navigate challenges, to heal, and grow. We will develop a strong healthy therapeutic relationship grounded by the belief people do well if they can and also do hard things. Our work together builds capacity for change, healing, resiliency, and grace. Therapy is active collaboration to gain insight and seek empowered and kind self actualization.
I employ an eclectic, strengths-based and collaborative approach to provide my clients with customized interventions best suited to each client's goals. I enjoy using narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy skills, and solutions focused therapy from a collaborative, feminist, and relational approach.
Our work together will be well-rounded, authentic, relational, and founded upon our strengths. I have been in practice for 15 years, and have a multitude of varied life experiences which help us connect.
