Because of this, I want to help people create empathy for themselves while maintaining urgency towards action.
I specialize in Cognitive Therapy and helping people build insights around how their patterns of thoughts, emotions, and actions are fundamentally connected. I often work to offer psychoeducation to help people build awareness around what it is they are experiencing. I believe that it is crucial to create rapport as we work towards what progress looks like.
