Let's face it, life can be rough sometimes. Just when you think things are about to settle, another thing pops up. And when you're in the thick of it, asking for help can be tough. So who is this guy offering help? I'm a queer identified, Latinx, male therapist with a passion working with folx from all walks of life.
I work from a psychodynamic and systemic perspective, specializing in substance use, relationship and familial issues, depression/anxiety, trauma, transitional periods in life, and identity issues. I take a holistic approach focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. Together we can work through some of the easier and tougher aspects of life.
I like to create and foster an environment where people feel like they can be themselves within a nonjudgmental and open space.
