My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, I am a fully certified EMDR therapist, and am trained in several mindfulness-based therapies. I've completed multiple trainings on psychedelic assisted therapy. I have also completed a certification as a Yoga Nidra teacher through the Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.
