I seek to help my clients thrive within their community and experience a grounded and vital sense of connectedness to self and all others. I utilize a holistic approach that embraces one's intersections and addresses mental, emotional, and somatic (bodily) experiences.
I utilize an eclectic approach and draw on modalities including Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral / Processing Therapies, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients heal and thrive while living with experiences of trauma and stress response, anxiety, depression, difficulty adjusting to life circumstances, and more.
