Austin is a graduate of Liberty University’s Mental Health Counseling program. Before this, Austin obtained a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Georgia and worked with young adults through his church. Through his work, schooling, and experiences, Austin has developed a love for helping young adults and teenagers navigate life and its difficulties. This includes working on struggles such as performance anxiety, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, faith struggles, couples and marital work.

Austins likes to use a Person-Centered approach to meet the client where they are, but highly integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well. His goal is to make every client feel seen, understood, and valued.
