Life is an ever changing process. Whether it is the people we surround ourselves with, the classes/job we work, or our own physical well-being, few things remain the same. Sometimes, these changes bring on new challenges we feel unprepared to deal with; this past year, the COVID-19 pandemic left several of us feeling alone and ill-equipped for what it brought. In times like these, therapy can be helpful in working through such issues.
My goal in sessions is to give the individuals/couples I meet with the time and space to express their concerns in a safe environment, work with them on identifying problematic issues, crystalize what/how they hope to change these, and recognize their own strengths in achieving this.
Even though therapy can be a difficult thing to being and even more difficult to continue, I am ready and willing to work with anyone who seeks my assistance in overcoming the challenges they are facing and achieve the goals they set.
