I have experience working with depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment to life circumstances, anxiety, trauma, substance use, anger management, stress, communication skills, relationships and marriages, conflict resolution and provide a supportive approach to nourish recovery. Change is a journey and I strive to offer insight and awareness in targeting triggers, managing symptoms, and overcoming challenges. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing diverse challenges and issues by offerring individual and couples/marital/family therapy. My modalities and interventions are evidence-based and include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered. I also incorporate cultural sensitivity and offer trauma-informed care.
