At every step of the way, I will provide a compassionate ear and thoughtful feedback to help you identify root causes of a problem, release self-limiting thoughts and emotions, and develop realistic, actionable steps for change.
I work with adults and couples with a variety of concerns including anxiety, transitions, depression, gender/sexuality, spirituality, grief, and relational conflict.
