The journey toward healing starts with one step—and I’m here to walk alongside you. I began my career in the counseling centers of two local colleges, working primarily with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, and while most of my clients have been ages 18–27, I’ve also worked with adults in their 50s.
My approach is a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to enhance coping and emotional awareness skills. With training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). I integrate aspects of EMDR with CBT and DBT for deeper trauma work. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space to fit your needs.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family and our two energetic puppies. Nature helps me recharge, and when indoors, I’m usually playing video games, building Lego sets or cooking. Just like you, I value balance and self-care. Therapy is a collaborative process—and you don’t have to go through it alone.
