As an Existential, ACT, and DBT based practitioner, I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and couples who feel separated from the life they want to live and helping you be in better relationship with yourself and others around you. THIS GROUP MEETS VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM. This is a co-ed DBT group for adults working through anxiety, behavioral issues, and depression amongst other issues utilizing DBT skills. We will cover 4 modules including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotion Regulation.
