In the counseling room, our relationship is central to providing you the space to safely share and say what needs to be named. There is freedom to explore the really hard and difficult parts of our stories that have often been neglected or damaged by us and others. Relationship is central to how God has made us, how we function healthfully in this world and it is the means by which fundamental change occurs. Healing never happens in isolation.
As a counselor who integrates multiple treatment modalities, I like to offer my clients multiple avenues of healing and growth. This ultimately helps them to integrate change most effectively, and facilitates the healing of body, mind, and emotions.
