Welcome! It takes incredible courage to seek out help and I honor your decision to explore a new path of growth and healing. Growing up in a small town, I learned the power of community and belonging, but also the struggle of finding my own way within it. When I finally met with a therapist who truly saw me, I began to understand myself for the first time. That experience showed me the healing power of connection and acceptance, which I now bring to my work. I believe that healing happens in healthy relationships—with ourselves, with others, and within our communities. You deserve to be seen, valued, and connected.
