I'm a licensed psychologist and I specialize in couples therapy, trauma, and ADHD. I work from a psychodynamic lens - meaning I pay close attention to the patterns that show up in your relationships, emotional life and history. I believe healing happens through connection and I work to understand not just your symptoms but your deeper story.

Initially, I seek to understand you on a deeper level and my intake process generally takes two sessions. I generally don't look for a "quick fix" but try to get to the core of the issue. I believe this is more likely to facilitate long term change.
