I take a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy—one that sees the person, not the problem. Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong,” I explore the internal and external factors that may be contributing to current challenges. My work is grounded in curiosity and connection, inviting clients to reflect on how their past and current experiences, including childhood, family dynamics, societal systems, environment, relationships and current stressors, shape their emotional and behavioral patterns. I believe meaningful therapy happens when there is a willingness to explore, reflect, and move toward change.
I take an integrative and personalized approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused work, exposure therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and strength-based, solution-focused techniques.
My goal is to support clients in deepening their understanding of their emotional experiences, building on their strengths, cultivating healthy habits, and developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience.
