Is anxiety, depression or grief keeping you up at night? Do you find yourself caught in a loop? I am passionate about helping adults to become unstuck, to enhance self-esteem and intimacy by figuring out their own direction, purpose and fulfillment in life. Sometimes the anxiety or depression we face is a symptom of a disconnection from our deeper selves, but the good news is your symptoms are not a life sentence, and my goal in therapy is to empower you to find your own authentic voice and to free yourself from patterns that no longer serve you well.

I have particular experience working with adults and seniors around career & life choices, transitions and goals and adults & seniors around self-image, sexuality & intimacy. I became a therapist after a prior career in law and finance, having experienced how therapy can significantly improve our lives.

My approach is curious & collaborative so that you can explore your experiences in a safe & culturally sensitive environment. I will share the truth of what I’m seeing with kindness and respect and I believe that hope and humor has a place in therapy. I use a Relational Psychodynamic approach to help clients to identify subconscious thoughts and patterns that dont serve them well. I also use DBT, which focuses on finding fulfillment through mindful decision making, and CBT which helps us to identify and change thoughts that derail us.
