As a creative therapist, I view our work together as a collaboration. Informed by my background as a creative, I blend my knowledge in AEDP, EMDR, and IFS with an understanding of the unique challenges artists face. My approach works well for those who want a more involved therapeutic relationship. Creating an environment where you feel comfortable and embodied is my responsibility, and I take it seriously.
