I have experience helping individuals with a variety of different struggles, but I am particularly passionate about helping those who are navigating the deep and often overwhelming emotional terrain of their past painful experiences. I also specialize in working with teens and young adults who are navigating big life changes, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
