Hello, I’m A.J! I work with college students and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about what’s next. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a career counselor at NC State, supporting students with career exploration, job searches, and major life decisions. I often incorporate that experience into our work, especially for clients who feel stuck or uncertain about their path. Clients often describe me as approachable, supportive, and easy to talk to.
