You may not like all your behaviors, but you do them for some legitimate reason. When you are willing to learn from then, your life will start to change. Maybe it's how you shut down, react to others, or struggle to connect. These behaviors likely made sense at some point, but are now getting in the way. What I offer is a non-judgemental space to investigate these patterns, care for what's beneath them, and practice new ways of relating. When you start to do this work, something shifts - you start feeling more comfortable in yourself and that naturally changes how you show up in all your relationships.

I grew up in a small town in Texas. While I loved a lot about my upbringing, learning to slow down and listen to my inner wisdom was not part of it. These are skills I had to learn and continue to practice. Using a blend of Somatic IFS and Mindfulness, I will help you reconnect with yourself and make a foundational shift toward self-care and relationship.

As a Relational Therapist I also work with Couples, Families, and Groups. All of this work is connected and I'm here to help where I can. OMG! A place for men to gather, share, learn, and practice relational skills while discussing the impacts of being a man in the modern world. This group is not exclusive to "men in relationship" but we will discuss the benefits and challenges of being in relationship while practicing the skills that increase confidence, curiosity, and compassion. This group is ideal for men who have some awareness around their attachment patterns and/or are in therapy. This is a judgement-free, "safe-enough" space. It is also a "brave" space where you will be invited to expand beyond your comfort zone.
