I aim to work collaboratively with you to determine your needs and goals and how we can achieve them together through collaboration, mindfulness, hopefulness, and skills development. I am also certified in EMDR for the treatment of trauma and PTSD.

I believe my clients are a culmination of their lived experiences and are the experts of their lives.
