I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor in both Texas and North Carolina with 25 years of experience in serving children, adolescents, and adults with various difficulties such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and chronic pain and/or illnesses. I am a certified in Life Space Crisis Intervention and a Certified Clinical Trauma Provider. I partner with my clients in helping them reach their highest quality of life by addressing their specific emotional, relational, and spiritual needs. Walking them through the process of setting realistic and measurable goals.
