I know that every person's journey is unique and I respect each client's needs and perspectives. My goal is to provide a friendly, down-to-earth, trustworthy space where we can work together to better understand the issues you're facing, set goals, heal wounds and make positive changes for a more fulfilling life and/or relationship. I use a mix of different approaches and mainly pull from acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and Gottman relationship counseling.
I offer virtual sessions so you can connect from the comfort of your own space, either by phone or video. I specialize in helping teens, adults and couples who are feeling stuck or overwhelmed by issues like depression, anxiety, stress, communication barriers, unhealthy conflict cycles, intimacy/sexual concerns, parenting struggles and more.
My goal is to make you feel at ease and meet you where you are so we can work together to build trust and tackle whatever is on your mind.
