As an EMDR practitioner I use eye movement desensitization reprocessing, a powerful approach to healing the wounds of deep trauma. Past trauma in any form may affect every aspect of our present lives. I assist my clients with healing and breaking free from the pain of past trauma to live joyful and fully functioing lives.
