It wasn’t until I attended therapy myself that I was able to feel better. I get it. Sometimes, we need to hear from a therapist that’s been there and gets us- where we have been. You are not alone. I have worked in the Faith base community for over 20 years. My ideal clients are, adults, and pastors’ wives who are struggling with self-worth, anxiety, depression, trauma, and premarital issues and want to improve their mental health.
