Hello and welcome! I am so glad you're here. The human journey is inevitably messy at times. Despite the chaotic and confusing, there is always beauty to be discovered. I believe every individual is deserving of connection, compassion, pleasure, and healing - even you! Often, shame can stand in the way, leaving us feeling stuck or unworthy. My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t mean fixing what’s broken - it’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been hidden or silenced, reclaiming and liberating yourself, and showing up in your community with vulnerability and love.
Drawing from a compassion-focused lens and a liberation-centered perspective, I tailor my methods to meet your needs. I often incorporate somatic techniques to enhance our work together. I offer guidance to a range of concerns - sexuality and intimacy, kink, sexual satisfaction, sober lifestyle, grief, honoring change, and trauma work.
