I am passionate about assisting individuals (18+) who are faced with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, and more. As a LPC, I aim to end stigmas that prevent people from seeking mental health services by providing a safe, nonjudgmental space that allows clients to be their most authentic selves. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is important to the healing journey. On this journey, I am committed to assisting clients become happier and healthier versions of themselves.
I help adults navigate emotional pain, stress, and major life changes by offering a grounded, supportive space to explore what’s weighing on them. Through collaborative, trauma‑informed work, I guide clients in building insight, strengthening coping skills, and reconnecting with their sense of self.
